RATES
All rates are in Euros.
If the client is willing to use a different currency, the currency will be Kenyan Shillings, with the FOREX of Kenya Commercial Bank, the day of the transaction.

PAYMENT TERMS
50% is required at booking confirmation, the balance being due 30 days prior arrival.
Payment done via Swift transfer, or banked directly into Lamu Properties Ltd account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

10 % of the full cost for any cancellation to LAMU PROPERTIES (file fee)
Cancellation between 60 days to 45 days = 25% fees
Cancellation between 44 days to 30 days = 50% fees
Cancellation between 29 days to no show = 100% fees
